About Me
Hello, I am Evadne Cahuana-Coache. I earned my B.S from Trinity College in Psychology and my Master's in Social Work from the University of St. Joseph. As an immigrant and a licensed mental health professional, I bring a deeply personal understanding of transition, identity, and resilience to my practice. I provide bilingual therapy in both English and Spanish, integrating cultural competency into every session to ensure you feel truly seen and understood. My goal is to offer a warm, inclusive, and non-judgmental space where your unique lived experiences are honored. Whether we meet face-to-face in my Wethersfield office or connect virtually through telehealth, I am here to walk alongside you on your journey toward growth, healing, and meaningful change.
I work with children, teens, and adults who are ready to better understand their mental health and make meaningful changes at a pace that feels right for them. I bring over 11 years of experience working with adolescents and focus on building strong, trusting relationships where clients feel safe, supported, and truly heard. If you’re looking for support for yourself or your child, I’d be glad to connect.
